Consultations and Services regarding Welfare for the Persons with Disablilities

Persons who are physically disabled, intellectually disabled, and/or mentally disabled and who have received the handbook for the disabled (Handbook for the Physically Disabled, Ai-no Techo handbook, and/or Health and Welfare Handbook for the Mentally Disabled) can receive many types of support services depending on their disability. Various welfare allowances are paid to children with disabilities or to their guardians and to adults with disabilities, based on their disabilities and income.

Welfare Center Information

The welfare center offers consultation and training programs and holds various training sessions to promote the welfare of persons with disabilities. The center is open for public use.
