日本で医療を受けるときは、国民健康保険への加入が必要になります。国民健康保険に加入すれば、病気やケガで病院に行っても、原則、医療費の30％を支払うだけですみます。
また、75歳以上の方は後期高齢者医療制度に加入することとなります。
40歳以上の方については、介護保険に加入することとなり、介護を必要とする状態になった場合には、介護費の10％負担で介護サービスを受けることができます。
