Foreign Language Interpretation Call Center has opened
Multi Language Call Center has been established in order to promptly provide necessary services to foreign residents. In addition, Video Phone Interpretation service through a terminal tablet is also available at the counter of the Municipality Office.
Chuo City Foreign Language Interpretation Call Center
A call center operator (interpreter) connects the call to any section in charge, then the communication shall be kept on among the resident, the office staff, and the interpreter.

The service is closed on Weekend Holidays, any National Holidays and Year-end Holidays.
Fees
An interpretation is free of charge, but the calling fee is charged to the person making a call.
Available Languages
English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Nepalese, Indonesian, Thai, Russian, Hindu and French.

Video Phone Interpretation
An interpreter interprets communications between foreign visitors and the office staff through the Video Phone. If you need an interpretation, please ask for it to the staff at the counter.
Installed Location
Magokoro Station, Resident Affair Section, Taxation Section, Health Insurance and Pension Section, Childcare Section, Nihonbashi Special Branch, Tsukishima Special Branch, Chuo City Public Health Centre, Nihonbashi Health Centre and Tsukishima Health Centre.
◎Video Phone would be also available at any sections other than the above. Please ask for it at the counter if in need.
